One of the most common poker strategies is to bluff. By making a bet, a player may convince others that they have the best hand. A player can also “fold” if he does not wish to compete for the pot. This is known as a drop. Alternatively, a player can also “call” – this is when the bettor matches the previous bet, and the other players must match it.
